Roman ship found at Ostia

ANSA.it: "Rome, April 28 - An ancient ship has emerged from the ground at the Imperial Roman port of Ostia in a find Culture Minister Giancarlo Galan said 'gives you goose bumps'. An 11-metre section of one of the ship's sides has so far been discovered, archaeologists said."

Artifacts stolen from ancient Elefsina site

Ancient ship found near Rome

Washington Examiner: "Archaeologists say they have found the upper side of an ancient ship near Rome. The wooden ship was about 11 meters (36 feet) long, making it one of the largest ancient vessels excavated near Ostia Antica, a port city founded some 2,500 years ago and Rome's first colony."
